Pros: Automatic live chat that pops-up at every page is the best feature of the software, which helps us to connect with potential customers.

Cons: We found the software a bit slow. It would be really nice, if you guys work a little towards increasing the speed of the software.

Pros: With various features we get to enjoy along with the use of the software, the packages surely don't seem like a burden. If people are looking for a live chat software that provides abundant features along with quality and at reduced rates, then I would recommend them to go for ProProfs Chat.

Cons: They should work on making their mobile app a bit more friendly for anytime, anywhere experience. Once that gets fixes, I believe it will be an all-rounder for sure.
