PROS: Definitely the part where we get to assess our performance and improve according to the needs of our customers. We've been able to improve our customer support services thanks to the access to customer feedback and incoming metrics on how are our pages performing.

CONS: I believe they should just work on improving the speed of the software. Once that gets resolved, I think the rest is just perfect about the software.

PROS: With various features we get to enjoy along with the use of the software, the packages surely don't seem like a burden. If people are looking for a live chat software that provides abundant features along with quality and at reduced rates, then I would recommend them to go for ProProfs Chat.

CONS: They should work on making their mobile app a bit more friendly for anytime, anywhere experience. Once that gets fixes, I believe it will be an all-rounder for sure.

PROS: It has to be the instant support that we are able to provide to our customers. The use of this software has helped our agents become more proactive and the customers are happy.

CONS: As of yet, I haven’t found anything that is problematic with this live chat tool. The speed was an issue before. But their team has worked on it and now it doesn’t seem to hamper the experience of our customers and agents.

PROS: Although the product is great and all its features have turned out to be beneficial for us. But the latest KB integration has worked wonders for us. What’s even great is how its taken care of our need to implement a chatbot to answer customer queries too because this integration has helped us provide instant answers to our customers effectively.

CONS: There aren’t any significant aspects that are problematic. But I believe that the team can work on making the product a little better. While using the product I feel that the login and logout time aren’t very accurate. So they could work on making it more accurate if possible. The rest is good.

PROS: It's not just one but many features that make ProProfs Chat the perfect live chat software option for all businesses. From metrics that help you see how your support agents are performing to the ease of integrating the tool at your site in a matter of few steps, all these make it worth the investment.
