Integrations are what making this chat software a go-to option for us.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
As of now there aren’t specific problem areas in the software. However, I would recommend the team to work on the speed of the software.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Operator should be able to add product or service tag to the chat transcript to search them accordingly in the CRM while chatting with the user.

We were finally able to capture more leads and see better conversion rate. In short, we saw more sales!
