What are the best aspects of this product?
As a consistent user of ProProfs, we love how it helps us automate our chat routing experience. We don’t have to do it manually during an ongoing chat. It happens before the chat actually begins.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We’d like ProProfs to keep up the good work. We’ve been using their chat product for 2 years now and are quite happy with its performance so far.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
We’d like to see more chatbot templates if possible.

We were facing difficulties when trying to route the incoming chats to different support departments. But thankfully, ProProfs helped us automate this tiring routing process.
