What are the best aspects of this product?
The fact we can collaborate while resolving customer issues in real-time is the best part of this tool.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Would have appreciated it if they had a plugin for Shopify and we wouldn’t have to add it manually to our shopify store.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
We requested the team to add a chatbot so we could streamline our support process and recently they did go live with the feature. So there’s not much to complain here.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
To collaborate with each other, our agents had to switch to a different window to discuss a problem. But with ProProfs Chat, we’ve made this more simple. Thanks to its operator to operator chat feature.
