What are the best aspects of this product?

It is quite fast and helps me respond faster to visitors on site easily. Even visitors say that we are quite prompt and respond to their questions faster.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I haven’t faced problems yet with the use of this software since it has been less than 6 months

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

So far I’ve felt the product is great. However, there should be a report section that helps us understand how our announcements and greetings are performing or their click-through-rate.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can reach our visitors and resolve their doubts that leads to more trust building towards our brand.
