What are the best aspects of this product?
Our team is happy with the fact that escalating a chat to other teams is a piece of cake as we can transfer to the right team to the right operator instantly. This enables our customers to avoid the wait time and get support easily.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We earlier had this concern that the tool missed out on chatbot feature, but lately they took this concern seriously and are soon gonna introduce this feature. Other than that it totally matches our needs.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
As of yet the only concern we had was chatbot, but they’ll be going live with that feature soon. So as of yet we don’t have any further suggestions.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I think chat escalations were a problem with us previously. But thankfully Proprofs chat has helped us overcome that hurdle and resolve issues faster.
