PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how the ProProfs team tries to bring their customer requests for product updates to reality. I asked them if they could add a chatbot feature and they did. We appreciate how they take customer requests so seriously.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish they could add a reporting feature for chatbot to help us see how many people interacted with the chatbot on a daily basis.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would also like to see new templates for chatbots.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to route chats to the right department and create tickets for chats that need to be diverted to technical teams.
