What are the best aspects of this product?
I like how easy it has become for us to route our visitors to the right department both automatically and manually.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
As of now, my team and I haven’t faced any issues with the product. In fact, the team at ProProfs is always on standby to help us out in case we do come across an issue.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
How about adding a chatbot feature. It would then make the product a perfect combination of human touch and automation.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Earlier we use to face difficulties in routing visitors to the right department. But not anymore. This one gives us the option to route visitors automatically that we didn’t have earlier.
