What are the best aspects of this product?
As a B2B business ourselves, we really wanted a chat tool that helps us meet SLA when dealing with our customers. We have service deadlines for each customer that needs to be adhered to. With ProProfs chat we’ve been able to do so manage them all and even help customers reach us out faster.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I feel that we’ve been using the tool for like 8 months now and it is less time to say what's problematic with the tool.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
No suggestions so far in this field. The tool is pretty much helping us tackle our support issues easily.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
As said before, we’re able to maintain our SLAs and help customers find a solution as and when they please.
