We feel that features like chat routing, chatbot, and canned responses have helped us reduce resolution time for us easily.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I feel that they can add more customization options for the chat button to make it look more appealing to the eye.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I’d like to see more chat button customization options personally. We are no CSS experts so we would appreciate them giving us more options in this regard.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve successfully reduced our average resolution time thanks to ProProfs Chat and our customers feel really satisfied with our services.
