What are the best aspects of this product?
Definitely the part where we get to assess our performance and improve according to the needs of our customers. We've been able to improve our customer support services thanks to the access to customer feedback and incoming metrics on how are our pages performing.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I believe they should just work on improving the speed of the software. Once that gets resolved, I think the rest is just perfect about the software.
