PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It has to be the instant support that we are able to provide to our customers. The use of this software has helped our agents become more proactive and the customers are happy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As of yet, I haven’t found anything that is problematic with this live chat tool. The speed was an issue before. But their team has worked on it and now it doesn’t seem to hamper the experience of our customers and agents.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Chatbots for sure.

We were able to reach our customers in no time and this has helped my organization boost loyalty. Our sales have also increased.
