This product is easy to use and provides full customization service to change the look of the knowledge base per your product's design.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I've been using this solution for a couple of months and haven't faced any challenge other than having to learn how to use a new tool.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like to see more prepaid templates and more features to manage SEO of my KB
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were receiving lots of emails with repetitive queries from our customers, that were taking lots of our time so we decided to put all the questions and answers in a KB so that our users can find the answers themselves and since we made our KB live, number of meals went down by 70%.
