Pros: My clients always complained that my customer support team are not really proficient in their approach towards resolving a query. Then, I decided to go for ProProfs knowledge management software.I am very happy that I chose this tool because it helped me lower the customer tickets significantly. I have referred ProProfs to many of my peers who are eyeing to improve the productivity of their client support team.

Cons: The tool has been successful in meeting all the expectations. I want to know if this can be integrated with customised in-house tools?

Pros: My workforce is spread across the globe and collaboration was a task. Hence, I decided to create a common platform where they can find and share knowledge and work collaboratively.ProProfs Knowledge Base software helped me create an internal repository of information and the response from my employees has been positive till now.

Cons: The product has worked well for my requirements, however, I am still unclear about certain features.

I started using ProProfs Knowledgebase after there were many complaints of my customer support being slow. I used this tool to create an FAQ website, so that customers could help themselves in finding answers to their questions. I was able to put it live within few days and my customers were amazed! Thank you ProProfs!

A tool for team projects. I wanted to create a wiki for my internal team, however, I was not looking for anything open source as I don’t have an IT team. So, once I started using ProProfs Knowledgebase, I realized the ease of this product. I was able to create the wiki in an hour and my team were on it within the next hour. It is perfect for those who don’t like their time to be wasted.
