Awesome for creating internal knowledge base

What are the best aspects of this product?

My workforce is spread across the globe and collaboration was a task. Hence, I decided to create a common platform where they can find and share knowledge and work collaboratively.

ProProfs Knowledge Base software helped me create an internal repository of information and the response from my employees has been positive till now.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The product has worked well for my requirements, however, I am still unclear about certain features.
