What are the best aspects of this product?
ProProfs Knowledge Base offers some amazing templates. We didn’t have to create anything from scratch as we had expected. With the templates, our work became so much easier. All our team had to do was do the research and focus fully on the content creation part.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I believe there is nothing very significant to highlight here. But yes, I feel the tool has room for improvement and a better version would be great to have.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I think I would like to see more integrations in the future.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We have been using ProProfs Knowledge Base for our customer support department. Our support team have had a really hard time managing all kinds of customer requests that left them with little time to innovate and focus on some important customer matters. Thankfully, we now have a dedicated self-service platform for customers that has reduced the ticket flow and given our support staff the space to make better use of their time.
