Customization you can’t help but fall in love with

What are the best aspects of this product?

For me, personally, it is the customization options the tool offers. Unlike other software that offer very basic features for customization, ProProfs has a full stack of amazing options that let you change various aspects of the document or manual, right from the content colors and fonts to structure, alignment, and much more.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I didn’t come across any major problem till now.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Internal comments. That’s one feature that I feel ProProfs should add to its tool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

ProProfs has been helping us manage our internal company documentation. Till some time back, our important business documents were all lying around, tucked away in files and folders. Even those at the higher management found it difficult to access these documents. ProProfs helped us centralize all the information in our internal knowledge base and make it look professional and brand-aligned.
