What are the best aspects of this product?
We have a remote team, so we wanted a tool that could help our diverse team members connect and collaborate. ProProfs Knowledge Base has all the required features that helped us manage our remote teams better.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It’s been a year since we have been using ProProfs Knowledge Base, and thankfully, not a day has passed when we felt we made the wrong decision. So, there are no major problems we faced with the tool.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I think the current features work well for us.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Remote team collaboration was a big problem before. All our employees work from different locations because of which communication used to get hampered at most occasions. With ProProfs, we now have a centralized portal where remote employees can easily work together, access company information 24x7, and collaborate, despite the difference in time zones.
