What are the best aspects of this product?

ProProfs Knowledge Base has enabled us to create powerful product and process documentation. It has an MS Word-like editor, which makes it easy to create training documents and user manuals.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The mobile version lags in performance as compared to the desktop version, which is much more functional.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

We would like to see more native integrations for CRM and communication tools.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The tool has been extremely handy for our support team. It has effectively reduced the number of support tickets coming in every day since the customers can now use the self-service platform.
