What are the best aspects of this product?
ProProfs Knowledge Base comprises features that are apt for building product manuals for customers. The best part about the tool is its robust reporting system. Identifying what customers are searching for, the articles they like and the ones they don’t, keywords that are giving the right results, and much more, is possible with the tool’s insightful reports.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We experienced a few technical glitches while working with the tool. Some of them were easy to fix, while for others, we had to reach out to the customer support team for help.

More integrations with CRMs
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Creating online product manuals for our customers has decreased the inflow of support tickets. Unlike before, our customer support team now takes care of serious customer issues only. Repeated customer questions have reduced to a significant extent now.
