What are the best aspects of this product?

We love the detailed reports the tool provides. We always wanted a tool that offers rich insights into what our team is doing and where the time is being invested. Its built-in reports provide insights into project status, time spent on projects and tasks, time spent by each team member, and a lot more.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would have been great if all the key features were available in the software’s essentials plan.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Direct integrations with third-party tools would be great to have.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Till some time back, we didn’t have a system of tracking project status and time spent on tasks. ProProfs Project solved this problem for us. Its built-in reports give a sneak peek into project status, tasks, time spent by individuals and teams on projects and a lot more. These reports are in graphical format which makes it all the more easy for us to spot gaps and assess performance.
