What are the best aspects of this product?
Simplicity, smart features, and economical pricing are the best aspects of this product
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I’ve found nothing problematic so far, but I would like to see ‘Assigned comment’ feature in the future
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
ProProfs Projects seems like a complete package, but I would like to see ‘Milestone tracking’ feature
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Project tracking, client billing, and time management are some of the factors I was facing problems with, but ProProfs Project takes away all the pain points for good.
