What are the best aspects of this product?

The tool’s collaborative features such as instant messaging and task comments help discuss project roadblocks as and when required. So whether it is a delayed task or uncertainty regarding task requirements, I can instantly reach out to any team member. Moreover, its file-sharing ability makes it easy to share and discuss project files on the go.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The tool lacks good integrations with useful third-party tools.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

It would be great if we can have more third-party integrations for better collaboration.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As a team,we found it difficult to provide specific feedback for each task seperately. Using this tool, we can now give instant feedback on each task. This way, there is no scope for confusion regarding task feedback as everything is accessible right on the project dashboard.
