For my team and me, the best features of this product are file management, task delegation and reporting to our customers on project’s progress. They’ve made our lives really simple and deliver project deliverables on time.

Haven’t landed on one as of yet.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Please try adding the Kanban view and Gantt Charts to this software. Otherwise its just perfect.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Delivering the project on time has always been a trouble for the team. However, setting due dates for every task while taking into account scope creep has made our task of delivering the project within the desired deadlines of our clients easy.
