What are the best aspects of this product?

ProProfs Project is one of the simplest tools to use for task management. It offers me a platform that lets me conveniently create and manage tasks across multiple projects. Also, it is great for gaining real-time insights into tasks and subtasks with the tool’s solid reporting capabilities.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Our experience has been smooth so far. No complaints.

We would like to see more powerful integrations in the future.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Managing tasks was a real challenge in our fast-growing company. Often, crucial tasks were omitted altogether while hopping on to urgent ones. Ever since we have started using the tool, we have a clear understanding of which tasks are due and which are pending. This way, we are confident that no tasks slip through the cracks.
