Powerful automation capabilities

What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool offers excellent automation capabilities that offload most of my recurring tasks as a project manager. It helps me direct my efforts towards the most critical tasks that require my attention. Also, it helps me automate the entire client billing process, which is such a relief! I no longer have to worry about creating accurate invoices every month.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Honestly, the tool has worked well for me. No complaints yet.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Having a feature that enables us to mark tasks as milestones would be great.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Ever since we have onboarded this tool, we have been able to save significant time and effort by automating recurring tasks and directing our focus to more important project tasks.
