What are the best aspects of this product?

With ProProfs Project, collaborating across teams and departments has become a breeze. It ensures that my team is always up to date with the latest project developments. Moreover, all my team members can effortlessly connect over instant messaging and share files on the go.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Ever since we started using the tool seven months ago, we have faced no difficulties.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The tool has some incredible project templates. It would be lovely if more such templates were added!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As a growing company, one of the major concerns for us was team collaboration. Since teams were expanding, effective collaboration was becoming a problem. We found the tool to be excellent for bringing teams together in one place. No matter how big or small the project is, now we have a robust platform that can help accomplish projects across cross-functional teams.
