What are the best aspects of this product?
ProProfs Project allows me to quickly set up project dashboards by creating tasks, assigning users, and defining due dates. I can even prioritize tasks to establish important/urgent tasks. This way, my team members know exactly what they have to work on and when.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The tool offers a handful of project reports. While these reports are insightful and save truckloads of time in collating and categorizing data, I feel it lacks some advanced metrics essential for analyzing progress.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
As I mentioned, its reporting capabilities can be improved to include more advanced metrics.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Before onboarding the tool, managing tasks was chaotic from start to finish. With this tool, I quickly break down tasks into subtasks and delegate them across the team. Work is more organized. Progress is consistent. Overall, the ProProfs has been a savior for day-to-day task management.
