What are the best aspects of this product?

I absolutely love ProProfs Project’s automation capabilities. It allows me to offload most of my recurring work by automating recurring tasks and setting alerts for approaching deadlines. Also, the tool’s robust reporting ability allows me to keep track of real-time project status without putting in any effort.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have not faced any issue in the three months of using the tool. The tool is quite useful.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The current features are pretty much what our business has benefited a lot from. But, improvements are always welcome!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As a small business that is on the road to expanding to a medium-sized organization, the tool has been a saviour. It has helped us stay on track by automating most tasks and providing detailed reports of the project’s workflow.
