ProProfs is free and easy to use. It has great features for creating different types of survey questionnaires. It gives users the opportunity to browse surveys that other users have created. Moreover, it provides users with time-based quizzes that they are free to take.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The platform accepts questions from anyone so the quality of some are compromised. The answer to some of the questions is incorrect or not one of the options.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use this to prepare for examinations. It helps me get acquainted with the questions that commonly appear in assessments.
