What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy to use engaging and readymade templates for collecting consumer data. It gives a personalized touch, and one could even add their brand logo and themes. We create polls and scored surveys on different topics, and this tool offers real-time survey responses.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We haven’t had any issues with this fantastic tool so far.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

We can integrate surveys with third-party apps, yet more integration options would be an add-on for enhanced usability.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before the inception of our design agency, we have utilized the ProProfs survey maker to send out polls and questionnaires to our subscribers in order to have a fair market idea for starting up our new business. Now we leverage that data to continuously deliver services following customer preferences and feedback.
