Excellent features for creating surveys

What are the best aspects of this product?

This software is versatile and easy to use. It equips us with great features, gives us the option to integrate multimedia, and allows us to create aesthetically pleasing surveys. It also enables us to work effortlessly with its ready set of questions and templates.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We haven’t had any major concerns with regard to product use. There were minor issues but those were quickly resolved thanks to their excellent customer support service.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

ProProfs has great features for survey design and creation. It allows us to use skip logic and branching in our surveys. It also comes handy for disseminating surveys to participants and analyzing survey data. Overall, this works better for us than our previous solution.
