Perfect for Creating and Customizing Surveys

What are the best aspects of this product?

ProProfs Survey Maker made it extremely easy for us to build surveys, customize them, and share with a larger audience. Its set of beautiful templates and various survey questions were tremendously helpful in creating the right surveys for a specific audience. We could also add branching and scoring logic to surveys so that our respondents get a personalized experience. The best part about the tool is the various question types it offers - multiple choice, checkbox, rating scale, and many more. All in all, I had a wonderful experience using this tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing specific. Just a few glitches appeared, but they were so basic that we could solve them on our own.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Capturing customer feedback via surveys wasn’t new to us. All we wanted was a tool that could revamp the entire process of survey creation. ProProfs Survey Maker was just the right fit. From creating surveys to customizing and sharing them with customers, it made it super easy for us to understand customer concerns and resolve them on time.
