What are the best aspects of this product?
Compared to emails or phone calls, I've found that this tool is something that clients find easier to use. Clients feel more comfortable approaching us with their issues, enabling us to properly address them. It's also an added bonus that this has multiple customization options, and implementation is easy to accomplish.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would really like to use this on the go, so developing an app for a mobile device would be something I would really appreciate.
