What are the best aspects of this product?

We found out about Provide Support from one of our employees. He suggested that we can do something to improve our level of service. The software is simply amazing, and since we were able to make a smooth transition from day one. It allows you to manage the number of member users categorize them according to the level of support that they are providing to our clients. We can easily assist our clients based on the initial information that is being provided to us. Tracing the country of origin, as well as the IP address, is made possible to ensure that the queries are valid.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The interface looks dull and uninteresting. It doesn't sound like a significant issue; however, developing software to make it look aesthetically appealing plays a considerable role in gaining more attention from clients.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

LiveChat is one way for us to reach out to our current and prospective clients who come and visit our website. Chatting with our support team is way more convenient rather than sending an email or calling the hotline. For them, it is a waste of time and effort. With LiveChat, more people reach out to us to inquire about our products, and we are happy to assist within minutes.
