What are the best aspects of this product?

I'd say it's one of the best-value-for-money apps that we've come across. It's easy to use and does the job of sorting messages properly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Expectedly, it isn't the more robust apps around given the low price.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's good enough for us to answer customers' questions fast. Also, we get to process some of these chat messages into leads. For a fair price, we get to improve our customer support and the bonus of generating more prospects. I can't complain.
