What are the best aspects of this product?

The staff can address multiple issues all at the same time. Customers do not like being neglected; that is why we chose to use this application to ensure that we address all their urgent concerns. ProvideSupport is so easy to use, and in case there are technical issues, we can easily ask for assistance from their support team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The trial period is very limited, and there is not enough time to gauge whether the platform is good enough or not. Currently, it offers ten days of a free trial, but it would be best if they could increase it to thirty days.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The entire organization is highly dependent on computers for almost everything, from maintaining customer records, monitoring the status of each task, and addressing the needs of the customer. With ProvideSupport, our day to day activities became easier through efficient communication. Any hardware or software issues are being dealt with promptly.
