What are the best aspects of this product?
My company has been using this platform for almost half a decade already. It performs smoothly, for we only seldom experience downtimes or bugs in the system. It comes with all the essential features to ensure that all concerns are resolved upon initial contact. The platform allows us to issue service tickets to our clients to ensure that concerns are tracked and resolved systematically.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We tried using several other LiveChat software before; however, none of them provided above-average results as compared to ProvideSupport. So far, this is the best software in town, so we will be sticking with this product until we find something better.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Ther is a lesser number of phone calls about customer complaints. All chats are answered ASAP. Multiple concerns are addressed all at the same time. Our productivity has never been better before. ProvideSupport is worth recommending because it takes customer satisfaction to the next level.
