I can confidently say that this tool's chat implementation is even more robust compared to other products like Salesforce and Zendesk. we've been using this tool for a decade now and it's a testament to its stability and dependability that we've only encountered problems with it about five years ago. It's got all the features our department needs to provide adequate support, resulting in more satisfied clients.

Frankly speaking, I can't think of anything that I don't like about this product.
