What are the best aspects of this product?

Nothing beats Provide Support in terms of affordability. We were able to introduce the platform to our team seamlessly. With the chat support application, we can implement more guidelines and maximize our resources resulting in an increase in clients as well as profit margin.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far, there is nothing that I dislike about ProvideSupport. It gives me what I need, like real-time chat monitoring. Plus, customers can use the app using their smartphone or laptop, so I guess that there is nothing more that I can ask for.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
