What are the best aspects of this product?
It's intuitive, I have no problem navigating the tools. Customers will have a little problem, too, with the interface. It's also easy to set up. Neat and we've customized it to match our branding. Moreover, it's affordable, making it a good investment for small businesses.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I can't think of any except the trivial default settings. You'll have to reconfigure it to your preference.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It gives us a cost-effective tool to upgrade our help desk. We were able to start to implement web chat for faster response and, ultimately, make our customers happy. It's a good investment for any company with tight cash flow.
