What are the best aspects of this product?
Before we had ProvideSupport, we struggled to answer our customer concerns through emails and phone calls. Now that we offer chat support, we can look into multiple issues and address all of them at the same time. Our work became more manageable and less stressful, plus we can make our clients happy, so they remain loyal to the company.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
None that I can think of. I love the platform so much because it makes our lives easier. The interface may look dull, and its features may be limited, but for me, it gets the job done, and that's the most important thing.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We now encounter less number of irate customers to deal with. We can create a clear workflow for all employees, making them more efficient. ProvideSupport has helped us tremendously for the past few months.
