I think that this platform is essential not just for our company, but it is also applicable to other types of businesses. Customers are assured that they will be getting the right amount of help that they deserve once they click on the chat button. This platform is so easy to use and has the option to customize it to fit your business needs, which makes it an awesome tool.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Generally speaking, I love what the platform does to our company. Yes, there may be opportunities, but they are only minor issues. One example is the console settings since it is on default I am unable to make any significant changes. I am left with very limited options. Hopefully, they could work on this issue one of these days to entice more companies.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our company values customer service so much that is why we decided to invest in this platform so customers can reach out to us anytime they need help. Since our company is pretty modest in size we are worried about the additional expenditure.
