What are the best aspects of this product?

The platform is so easy to learn, and navigation has never been a problem for everyone. We were able to customize some of its features and tailor fit it our business processes making sure that we can act upon customer issues and queries in a swift manner.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It takes forever to download and run reports using this platform. There are times when the stats are not updated in real-time. We rely on these numbers to see how our support team is performing and what needs to be done differently. Hopefully, they could figure out how to make their reports a lot better.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Currently, we are relying on this platform to respond to client queries and get real-time feedback. We use this for our fundraising projects, and the response from other people has been overwhelming. I also love this app because there is a steady increase in our company earnings for the past year. So I guess that we made the right choice of choosing this app.
