What are the best aspects of this product?
When we first started using this tool, it became easier for us to address client concerns since the tool was flexible enough to be installed on work stations, allowing our support agents to answer complaints as soon as they came in. This was really great, especially when compared to other tools that made us wait for a day before we could see any requests for support from our clients.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have to admit that it was a bit tedious setting up new users. We also had to make things easier for our clients by setting up two teams where they could be redirected so their concerns can be addressed properly.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Thanks to this tool, our support agents could easily come back to the website after answering questions outside of it. And since it is a chat client, customers who ask questions on our website get an immediate response to their concerns.
