What are the best aspects of this product?

There are a number of things to like about this tool, foremost of which is how it was easy for me to install it. It's also user-friendly, as I was able to use the administrative portal to quickly and easily add and remove users, as well as to come up with various support groups and group users there. That user-friendliness also extended to the operator console. The tool has also helped us to improve when it comes to serving our customers since any information submitted by them, as well as useful information like country and IP, can be easily accessed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think that the tool can be more aesthetically pleasing, especially when it comes to its pop up box for chats as well as its administrative portal.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool has definitely helped us reach out to new customers, especially those who are hesitant about picking up a phone and calling us. Chatting with them has helped us get new leads and convert them into customers.
