What are the best aspects of this product?
I'm no tech guy so having good support is a big deal for me. Not only because it solves potential issues but knowing that support is a chat away gives me peace of mind knowing that my own support system can function 99.99% of the time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I'm glad that it worked out for me, but I'd be happier if we're able to test drive it for a longer time. That said, 10 days may be a bit short for others.

It enables us to provide quick support to common issues. It's a perfect partner tool to our templated replies. Customers get to interact with us and have a positive experience.
