What are the best aspects of this product?

One thing that I really liked about this tool is that I could easily access the live chat. Website monitoring can also be done in real time, and combined with the live chat has made it easier for different parts of the team to communicate and stay in sync with each other.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While there were features that I appreciated, I don't know if the program as a whole is worth the cost, especially if your company has limited resources just like ours. It was also difficult to implement this program, which is a hassle that I really didn't need.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Any communication problems that we experienced early on was solved by this tool, enabling us to easily get in touch with our clients. Sales monitoring was also made easy by this tool.
