PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the neat interface, especially how the icons are intuitive and easy to understand. Navigating the dashboard is easy. I also like being able to check for online visitors, as well as if they're typing. It helps me prepare the response.
We're using Joomla and Magento and I'm happy to say integration is smooth.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The design can use some facelifting to make it more modern.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our team is able to collaborate on difficult issues. For instance, a new agent can tap an experienced colleague right on the dashboard to help him out with a complex ticket. This enables more teamplay and ensures the quality of our response.
