What are the best aspects of this product?

It is a great tool that allows you to add priority, LOE, and tracking to your projects. It also integrates well with JIRA and keeps our information on a single page. This reduces the times we have to click on multiple tabs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its search function is very limited. It is very hard to search for projects as you must have the complete file name. This should be improved. I also want to view all the comments on a project. It is hard to see this if I'm not tagged. Lastly, it should update us on project edits. I'd like to know who was the last person who updated the project.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It allows for easy collaboration between team members. We can keep track of the files uploaded and the comments for each project. The best function is we can check the progress of each task and see when it is accomplished.
